Don’t understand how McCain can even have a chance to win.
Clinton is better, but Obama is pretty good as well. Who is voting for McCain?
There are some pressures to make doctors retire around age 70, because it is not safe for patients. I do not want to be biased against elderly, nor I should discriminate elderly. But McCain really does not look fit, anymore. If people have to retire around age 65-70 from their professions, why can we allow that for US President? US male life expectancy is 75 years old, and the deterioration of the health and mind speeds up significantly towards the end, how can we be so confident he will stay fit for the next 4 years and half, under the job called US President? If it is health, it is more obvious, but if it is an issue of mind deterioration, who will tell him to step down?
Or is this a very discriminatory discussion? Maybe, if there’s sexism, racism, we should be open to ageism?

The fact he makes verbal gaffes left and right will make him unelectable, not age.
